Base Running Science™ provides defined engagements for organizations, individual players and practitioners. Each quote identifies the participants, deliverables, delivery method, schedule and fee before work starts.

How an engagement works
- Discuss the need. Tell us about your players, staff, setting and development question.
- Agree the scope. We specify data requirements, activities, outputs, timing and fees in a written quote and service agreement.
- Deliver the work. Depending on the service, Base Running Science™ analyzes staff-collected data, works directly with a player, delivers agreed training or develops a defined technical deliverable.
- Review and decide. Interpret the findings, identify the next steps and agree whether reassessment or further support is useful.
Fees and availability
Every engagement receives a tailored quote based on scope, participant numbers, delivery format, location and time commitment. Your written quote confirms fees, availability, currency, applicable taxes and any agreed changes. Travel, accommodation, field hire and additional technology are separate unless expressly included.
Enquiries are welcome internationally. Player coaching is delivered in person; workshops and agreed analysis services may be delivered remotely. Onsite delivery depends on scheduling, suitable facilities and practical travel arrangements. A residential engagement reserves a defined work commitment; it is priced separately from local coaching.
