Choose a focus
- Linear and curvilinear running demands in baseball.
- Testing beyond total sprint time: what measurements can and cannot tell us.
- Connecting assessment findings to physical preparation and on-field training.
- Using reassessment to review progress and adjust development priorities.
We agree the focus and audience in advance so the session fits the available time. Examples distinguish baseball-specific findings from principles drawn from other sports.
Format and booking
Both packages are available remotely or onsite by arrangement. Your quote confirms participant numbers, topic, session format, preparation, materials, dates and fees. Onsite demonstrations depend on appropriate facilities and an agreed activity plan. Travel, accommodation, field hire and additional technology are separately quoted where needed.
Workshops use agreed teaching examples. Individual athlete testing, bespoke data analysis and ongoing coaching are separate services. These are standalone workshops; accredited continuing-education credits and qualifications are not offered.
